Check if some of your disks don't handle SCSI2 or disconnects and check their setup in the Adaptec bios (enter Control-A). What exactly are the reset messages. Works great, my problem was I needed eisa even though this was a VLB ISA machine. (This took me a while to figure out. Couldn't figure why I needed EISA support with no EISA bus.)
