Hey Brandon, I'd also check to make sure you're using PC-133 memory with that Asus MB. I have heard of some people having problems with PC-100 memory with this board. As a side note, I know some technical people who work at AMD, and most of them seem to be recommending/using the Epox board or the Gigabyte board.
