.... who will tell you the exact same thing.

The funky stuff I mentioned would be the clients inability to match what
it's getting with whats expected. (revision numbers not matching, etc)

Copying over a directory is a bad idea. Even delaying the copy is going to
affact some people, it's just a very small amount.
