This one duplicates kern/15345 which was told "be failed":
/tmp/p29450: 60 lines, 1553 characters.
a)bort, e)dit or s)end? s
hash map "Alias0": unsafe map file /etc/aliases.db: Group writable directory
send-pr: mysterious mail failure.
send-pr: the problem report remains in /tmp/pbad29450 and is not sent.
and
	send-pr -f /tmp/pbad29450
generates `kern/15346'.

So, one of the kern/15345 and kern/15346 should be converted to bin/#####
for send-pr fails to tell the truth.
If we cannot convert one, please close one of them, and I will send in
another PR for send-pr itself.

Thanks,
