I have a question regarding FreeBSD's support for the 3c509 network card... The document http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/handbook50.html#52 says the device driver for this outstanding card is buggy.. Has the device driver been fixed in the new 2.1 release? Does the driver, if fixed, take advantage of the 3c509's parallel tasking architechture?
