We don't offer chat services or run forums which such users could abuse, so I'm not sure why we're getting this complaint. It's something akin to going to the gas station and complaining to the guy who pumps your gas that your car is a lemon, and you've gotten no satisfaction from the company that sold it to you. The gas station might be sympathetic, but in the end they just sell gas and have little to do solving with your problem.. :-) Jordan
