OK, I've ftp'ed it, I will read it before doing anything.
(I'm also grabbing cvs-1.3.tar.gz while on line, for interest)

I had already read man cvs [all] a while ago, & first half of cvs-0.8-A4.ps.gz
postscript doc more recently, but hadn't remembered the logs path
(I paid more attention to syntax & usage of commands).
