On a related note, Arnaud Quette, the upstream maintainer (Cc:) is
writing a note (NSP - NUT Packaging Standard) in order to describe
the best way to package the Network UPS Tools, so that it can be spread
on all supported platforms as a standard.

Before changing the default user, splitting or merging the packages, or
setting default configuration options, it would be great to discuss with
 him.
