Maybe.  I've always had good luck with cvsup10.

src/sys/i386/include/pc/bios.h should have 
 * $FreeBSD: src/sys/i386/include/pc/bios.h,v 1.7.2.2 2001/08/21 15:31:53 imp Exp $

in it.
