It authenticates via radius and allows the user to access their smtp mail queue. Demon in the UK have just launched this service for their customers (they also deliver mail via smtp) and we will be hot on their heels. There's no way of authenticating joe@someuser.mydomain as opposed to edna@someuser.mydomain as they both have to supply the same login ID and password (someuser & ) but they DO only get access to their own email, so if joe connects he only gets joe@someuser.mydomain email. Any unread messges get left in the SMTP queue. regards damian -- * PIAB - PoP In A Box - the total solution for ISPs, with more features * than a Constable landscape, and very cheap too!! * http://www.cablenet.net/cablenet/popinabox/ * Damian Hamill damian@cablenet.net
