https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D232981 Jan Beich <jbeich@FreeBSD.org> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |x11@FreeBSD.org --- Comment #1 from Jan Beich <jbeich@FreeBSD.org> --- Can someone on x11@ list check for regressions? For example, $ mpv --no-config --hwdec=3Dvaapi --ytdl-format=3D'bestvideo[height<=3D2160][vcodec=3Dvp9]+bestaudio' 'https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3D1La4QzGeaaQ' - SandyBridge, IvyBridge don't support hybrid decoding. VP9 decoding should= be in software while H264 in hardware. - Haswell, Broadwell, Skylake should use hybrid VP9 decoding for 8bit strea= ms with resulotion up to 2160p. Expect CPU usage to drop by ~50%. - Kabylake or newer shouldn't use hybrid decoding because VP9 is supported natively. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.=
