You're kernel image has enough items compiled directly into it that it
can't all be loaded into the base 640K of RAM on a standard PC.  To get
around the problem, instead of making a zImage or zlilo, use make bzImage
or make bzlilo instead.  It enables a slightly different boot loader that
can handle the larger kernel size.
