While I think a lot of what's in that page is good UI advice, it also
mentions some other issues that should be addressed regarding the
equivalent functionality that I'm not sure are fully satisfied with the
current page.

Also, was this change discussed anywhere? While removing severity and
priority was almost certainly a good idea, removing the reset button
should probably have been discussed first.
