Weird, I don't have any plist issues on my poudriere:

https://people.freebsd.org/~lbartoletti/logs/postgis35-3.5.2.log

But adding your "missing" plist lines works also, and it makes sense to 
add them, since they allow you to update every time you upgrade.

May, I ask you to double check this patch, please?
