Tkdiff comes inside the tkcvs port/package is an *old* version, and
tkcvs and tkdiff should be separate.
Tkdiff author, John M. Klassa, has turned over maintenance
responsibilities for tkdiff to Damon Poole of Ede Development
Enterprises. Damon graciously volunteered to maintain and enhance
the code on an Open Source basis.

NOT at:

which this 3.04 release can be obtained.
