Check out http://www.bafug.org/purchase/FbsdRetail.html for a list.  I'm
not sure how up-to-date it is.  You may also want to check
http://www.freebsd-services.co.uk/ -- I know they do DVD releases, not
sure about regular CDs though.

Yes, you can dual-boot no problem.  Read the handbook and the FAQ on the
web site.
