Yes, 4-way SMP works fine on an Intel SC450NX server (from www.sagelec.com)
It was broken in 4.0-CURRENT for a few weeks but should be fine now.  
I'm running 4.0 only to get support for 4GB DRAM - 4way SMP probably also
works fine in 3.2 ?
