For a server us a BIG case (the price difference goes by few tens of $) with space for spare fan. Do mount the fan. Do mount fans blowing at the hard disks. I even have a machine with a fan suspended in the middle of the box with two strings to hold it in place. Cooling is a major issue on most of PC chassi who have not been designed for it (or else you go by brand, not by assembly). Or just open the box cover and have a table fan blow in it. Many problem will be solved. Olivier To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hardware" in the body of the message
