I believe it is stable enough now that it can be used for most applications[1]. I would appreciate it if people would try it out and report any bugs. [1] - I haven't had a chance to test it on an SMP machine. The machine I was going to use crashed for unrelated reasons, but it should be back up soon. Never the less I would be interested to hear from people who have "real world" threaded applications on SMP systems.
