3C509B's need to be configured under DOS to turn off PnP.

If your using the 10BT connector you need to specify LINK2 in ifconfig and/or
/etc/hostname.ep0 (as least for now) to enable that port.

I've now got the 3Com docs for all the Etherlink III boards and I'll be
adding better support for the B versions sometime soon.
