There was an error setting up inter-process communications for KDE. The message returned by the system was: Could not read network connection list /home/bruce/.DCOPserver_deimos.phobos.com:0 Please check that the "dcopserver" program is running! Note: I always get this error message when trying to start XFree86 after the computer has just started up. After several trys, 'startx' at the command prompt, KDE will make a succesfull startup.
