I don't think that the PCI version is supported, although I would happily be proved wrong about that. Drivers at http://www.xsproject.org/speedtouch/ or you can use /usr/ports/net/speedtouch although last time I used the version in the ports collection it was out of date and unstable - and yes I do synchronize my ports tree regularly.
