We have, at least for SSH rev 1. The challenge/response PAM work I did in ssh moved the internal use of S/Key to use through PAM, so at that point we used PAM for S/Key. This is visible e.g. as commit 1.12 of the now defunct pam.conf. (I don't remember if I fixed this for protocol version 2 or not - I remember planning to, but I don't remember if I got around to it...) Eivind.
