Log:
  devel/py-zsi: allow staging and minor fixes
  
  - Allow staging
  - Switch from easy_install to install
  - Remove leading article from COMMENT
  - Remove now useless NOPORTDOCS NOPORTEXAMPLES
  - Use python auto plist
