What part ? Client (resolver issues) or server ?

Client is specified in /etc/resolv.conf. Man 5 resolver

Get INN, read the Install.ms file and the FAQ. After that, read them again.
Install INN and get a news feed.

Sorry not to give you more details but a single message is not enough
to explain everything regarding Usenet and the DNS...
