I am inclined to use FreeBSD. As a Network Admin, I need to know a few things befor start using it. 1) Docs - Is there any docs anywhere besides the man pages? For instance the amd. The amd maps are unlike any automounter maps. I don't think there is anything in man pages that can describe the maps. Another words where can I get more info on tools and utilities which are included with FreeBSD? 2) How does FreeBSD compare with Linux? 3) The future of FreeBSD - Is it going to be improved and new OS levels introduced?
