There is no need to rebuild Chromium, Widevine patches are applied
unconditionally.

Widevine's license doesn't permit redistribution, which is why we can't pac=
kage
it. And this is exactly the reason for a separate www/linux-widevine-cdm po=
rt,
which simply copies the binary but forces user to accept EULA.
