Now that FreeBSD 9.0 is out the door and Google Code-In is over as well, we still have some tasks left to do that require coordination and discussion. Therefore, I hereby announce our next doc sprint on IRC #bsddocs on Saturday, March 3, 2012. Topics include: * Integrating leftover patches from Google Code-In * Incorporate marketing materials created by Google Code-In students * Move the doc repository conversion forward (before the ports people beat us to it) ;-) * Steps required for DocBook XML conversion after the repo is on SVN * New edition of the FreeBSD handbook as print and electronic editions * As always, this list is not exhaustive and you are welcome to extend it. The sprint is open to anyone, not just committers, who wants to see the FreeBSD documentation improve further. See this wiki page for more information on the sprint as past events like it: http://wiki.freebsd.org/DocSprints Looking forward to a lively discussion...
