I'm going to try and come up with something this week since I should
have some time.  I'm thinking of adding two new macros:

.Pr - ports reference
.Ur - URL reference, since we have more and more URL references
      showing up in our man pages.

I'll pass these around for review when I'm ready, since I would
like to get this stuff into the system before the next code
freeze coming up.
