one thing you can do is like for example this :

1) fetch the bittorent file :
fetch http://ftp.dkuug.dk/FreeSBIE/torrent/FreeSBIE-1.1-i386.torrent

2) start down- and uploading :
btdownloadgui.py FreeSBIE-1.1-i386.torrent
