I wonder if my "top" and "systat" intervals are different.
I run "systat -vm 1" for 1 sec interval.
I run "top" only and thought it was 1 sec interval too.  If top default
interval is 2 sec, seeing doubled number makes sense as top displays the by=
tes
Swapped in/out in each interval.

   double delay =3D 2;
