patch for startup script to define path to temporary files

On systems where /usr/local/etc is mounted read-only, elasticsearch6 fails =
to
start because it tries to create temporary files under
/usr/local/etc/elasticsearch. The attached patch restores the possibilty to
define a path for temporary files, defaulting to /var/tmp/elasticsearch
