No.
Under my understanding, SCSI-CAM system is the protocol between the SCSI
device type driver and the low-level host-adapter driver.
The other hand, my patch is to give the parameter to the low-level driver,
so that the low-level driver can know characteristic of each SCSI peripherals.

The same file which I put ftp.freebsd.org can also get from
<http://plaza17.mbn.or.jp/~chi/myprog/FreeBSD/scsi-userconfig.tar.gz>.
