Although your problem has already been fixed, 1.3.3 uses apachectl to start, stop, restart, check your configs, etc. 1.3.0 may use this also. If 1.3.0 uses apachectl, the script should be /usr/local/sbin/apachectl start george vagner wrote: > > I have apache 1.3.0 installed as a package but it dont start > at boot time and I cant run it by typing in /usr/local/sbin/httpd > cause it just comes back with the prompt and ps -auxw doesnt > show it running. > > Where should i look for the startup script? > > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org > with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
