Then, you can't order it online, or from any other source. They call you and ask you for a fax number to which they claim they will fax something, to which you have to respond with a purchase order (and possibly a credit application). Then they might send you an invoice, and then you probably send them a cheque by registered mail, and then sometime after that you might get your documents.
