My attitude has remained consistent for 4 years (don't suffer fools gladly) and it seems to be doing very nicely so far, in spite of some stiff competition. Also, for what it's worth, I'm not the pilot and I resigned anything even resembling such a position over a year ago. I'm also not "king", as some have suggested, and I'm not even the general secretary of our little core team politburo. I'm merely one of the project's founders and the current release coordinator, a thankless job which I appear to do well enough that nobody else seems to be clamoring for it.
