    Tools/scripts: Add new script update_crates to replace CARGO_CRATES block
    
    Simple shell script to help updating Makefile CARGO_CRATES variable
    returned by make cargo-crates.
    
    simplest way to use it :
       make cargo-crates | update_crates Makefile > NewMakefile
---
