anyone have a driver for the SDL communications WANic 400/405 ?

Rubin Dhillion of SDL Communications says that they do not distribute
the DDK to anyone but their OEM's.   http://www.enterprisess.com and
http://www.tesys.com both sell the cards, presumeably with a driver ;)

i am looking for the driver and its source.  anyone got it?
