No; I've seen the same symptoms.  I can only conclude that something is 
wrong with our PCI config in that interrupts aren't being enabled or 
routed or something.  The ethernet ends up on irq 15 - maybe this is an 
issue?

Same here.  I tried enabling the netbsd && alpha code fragments as 
well, also to no avail.
