 Can you please remove NO_STAGE=3Dyes from all yours /etc/make.conf. This
 keyword using only locally in ports Makefiles.
 
 Setting this as global will break all ports which already converted to
 be STAGE ready.=20
 
 Without NO_STAGE in your /etc/make.conf build must be successful.
