I was poking around this A.M. & it appears that NetBSD has it going AOK (so sayeth some of their documentation: http://netbsd.gw.com/cgi-bin/man-cgi?compat_linux+8+NetBSD-6.0.1+i386), how is progress for FreeBSD ?
