Strange.  I read
http://commerce.www.ibm.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce/CategoryDisplay?cgmenbr=1&cgnbr=ThinkPad+600&cntry=840&lang=en_US,
but I couldn't find anything that looked like a 1280x1024 display.
Have they stopped shipping them?
