There is an open-air parking lot 1/4 block West of the intersection of Blake and Telegraph with a capacity of 26 vehicles. In the evening there are only a handful of cars parked there. It is a paid lot, but only checked once a day at about 11AM. If your conscience bothered you enough you could cough up $3.
