after:

rm -f /usr/sup/ports-all/checkouts.cvs\:.
rm -fr /usr/ports/www/jakarta-tomcat/

cvsup -g -L2 /etc/ports-supfile
# works the first time

cvsup -g -L2 /etc/ports-supfile
# second attempt fails with:

 Delete ports/www/jakarta-tomcat/files
Updater failed: Cannot delete "/usr/ports/www/jakarta-tomcat/files":
Directory not empty
