hi,
this function returned a "??" when called as
devname (196612, S_IFCHR)
but gave me "wd0s2e" when called as
devname (196612, S_IFBLK)
any ideas why it won't work with S_IFCHR? rwd0s2e is in /var/run/dev.db
and i'm running as root.
brw-r----- 1 root wheel 0, 196612 Jul 22 10:22 /dev/wd0s2e
crw-r----- 1 root wheel 3, 196612 Jul 22 10:22 /dev/rwd0s2e
