Problem resolved replacing the motherboard.

        nd6 options=29<PERFORMNUD,IFDISABLED,AUTO_LINKLOCAL>
        media: Ethernet autoselect (100baseTX <full-duplex>)
        status: active


Note that the default setting network card no options: RXCSUM and TXCSUM!
