This issue is fixed after flashing coreboot firmware on my chromebox. 

Seems that stock firmware doesn't have support to non-linux os. But please be
noted that after flashing coreboot firmware you won't be able to boot back to
chromeos as your chromebook will turn to a "ordinary x86 machine".
