i don't know it to work with pico but they do claim NE2000 compatability:

in the next couple of months i'll be starting a project using pico and
either PC/104, PC/104+, or EBX and would appreciate any info on
brands/models you know i should avoid if i wish to use PicoBSD.  any other
insights/notes you have on these platforms would also be appreciated (this
goes out to all you kids in radioland....derrr...ummm....people on mailing
list).
