There was a question on -ports if you could build kde-3.0.2 doing it
clean, and I did it on two different computers. I wiped everything
from libxml2, XFree86, and a couple of other chains before I started
my builds. I was seriously out of date on all of them Portupgrade
doesn't handle this many changes well. I was also building packages
for use on 4 other computers. After I succeeded, J. Chen then tried
and he didn't have any problem. The problem for most was using
portupgrade. Since you have to upgrade all of kde-3, it doesn't matter
if you wipe everything starting with qt-3.0.5 and use the kde-3 meta
port to do the build, or use portupgrade. The meta port works.
