 * I did read the subject line, but "New section: development" tells me
 * nothing.  I don't remember anything about any such new section, and if
 * it was ever stuck on my TODO list then it's long since dropped off and
 * been utterly forgotten.  Any attempts to put it back will also be
 * strongly resisted - I have enough to do right now! :-)

It's just that I sent a diff to add a new section to the doc list, and 
you complained that it's too flowery etc.  If you're too busy for
review, I don't mind putting it straight in! :)
